Virtual courses
- Course fees are non-refundable, but you have ongoing access to course materials, including the option to join future offerings.
Retreats
This includes any events that include lodging and meals; some events may have event-specific policies noted on the enrollment page.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- The remaining balances (amount due after the deposit) are due 90 days in advance of the retreat.*
- Cancellations 90 to 45 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Fees are non-refundable 44 days before the start of the event.
- Fees are non-transferable. If you are within a refund window, we’ll process the refund so you can apply it to future events.
- Event-specific polices will be noted on the enrollment page for that event. For instance, deposits for India pilgrimages are non-refundable unless we can fill your spot, even with more than 90 days advance notice.
- If you cancel with fewer than 90 days and you have not paid your remaining fees, 50% of the total registration is still due.
- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected cancellation. Some policies require the purchase of insurance within 15 days of making your first deposit. A good option is Travel Insured International, which offers plans that cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage issues. Some credit cards automatically offer travel insurance. It’s worth exploring card policies.
