- Your travelling companion has already reserved your shared room
- You’re submitting your second (final) installment payment

50% of the retreat cost & completed waivers due by: May 15, 2026*
Final payment (Remaining 50%) due by: May 29, 2026
*Late submissions subject to a $150 late fee
