This training is structured so the core material is taught during the immersive weekend intensives. The weekly sessions give you space to integrate the practices, deepen your understanding, and develop your teaching skills in between. The intention is that you’re not just learning the material, but actually embodying it over time.
Note: Sessions are recorded, and if you miss a class, that recording will be sent to you.

Is this training suitable for beginners?
Yes. This training is designed to be accessible for all levels, including complete beginners. Whether you are new to meditation or returning after time away, the program provides a clear, supportive foundation to help you build a consistent and meaningful practice.
Will I feel out of place if I’m new?
Not at all. The training welcomes a “beginner’s mind” and creates an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of experience level, can learn and grow together.
What can I expect as a beginner?
You can expect a structured and approachable learning experience that introduces meditation in a practical and grounded way. The training emphasizes building your personal practice first, so you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Do I need yoga experience to participate?
No. This is a meditation-focused training and does not require prior yoga experience. While there may be some light stretching and gentle movement offered as preparation for meditation, these practices are accessible to all levels. Any previous yoga experience may be helpful, but it is not necessary to fully participate or benefit from the program.
Do I need prior meditation experience to join?
No prior experience is required. You will be guided step-by-step through essential techniques, making it easy to learn, practice, and grow with confidence.
What makes the "Triple Thread" curriculum unique?
Unlike programs that focus on a single style, we weave together three distinct pillars of wisdom: the structural psychology of the Yoga Sutras, the heart-centered devotion of the Bhagavad Gita, and the expansive, vibrational insights of the Shiva Sutras. You won’t just learn how to meditate; you’ll learn the deep “why” behind it.
Is this program accredited or certified?
This is a 100-hour continuing education immersion accredited by the American Yoga Council. If you are already a 200-hour RYT, these hours count toward continuing education, depending on your organization’s guidelines. It is designed to stand alone as a comprehensive Meditation Certification.

Do I need to be an "advanced" meditator to join?
Not at all. We value a “beginner’s mind.” Whether you’ve meditated for years or are just starting, this training provides the foundational architecture to build a lifelong practice and the skills to share it.
What is the weekly time commitment?
Expect to dedicate approximately 12.5 hours per week. This includes our weekend intensives, a 30-minute daily personal Sadhana (practice), and brief weekly journaling/reading assignments.
What if I have to miss a weekend?
Life happens! We allow for one missed weekend intensive, provided you complete the required make-up assignments and watch the session recordings. Missing more than one weekend may delay your graduation.
What materials are required?
You will receive a comprehensive 100-page training manual. You will need to purchase the three core texts (we will provide a specific reading list) and have a dedicated notebook for your reflections.
Will I actually be ready to teach after 100 hours?
Yes. Our curriculum is heavily weighted toward Teaching Methodology. By the end of Month 2, you will have practiced leading peers, developed your own authentic script, and completed a 45-minute capstone session.
What if I’m not religious?
The Bhagavad Gita and Sutras are philosophical and psychological maps, not religious dogmas. We approach these texts as “technologies of consciousness” that can be applied by anyone, regardless of their personal faith or lack thereof.
What is a "Sankalpa," and will I find mine?
A Sankalpa is a sacred vow of the heart. One of the highlights of this training is our dedicated workshop designed to help you strip away external goals to find your true, internal intent.
